Parkland Homeowners Association was established on April 7th 1979.  PHA has 120 homes and approximately nine acres of common grounds. The cost of ongoing maintenance and care of common grounds are the responsibilty of all homeowners in the association. Most of the ongoing maintenance and care is accomplished through an annual assessment fee of $300 paid by all homeowners.  Additionally some of the ongoing care and maintenance is accomplished by volunteers in the association, to which all are grateful for their time and efforts.
